Bath & Granite 4 Less is a family owned business with a simple principle - More for less. This is a two part equation:

1. Almost everyday we hear from our customers, "I can't find your products anywhere else!" That's because we're constantly designing and trying new products. Each product is evaluated on appearance and functionality. If a popular item can be made more functional without hurting its appearance, a redesign will likely be made in 6 months. Our competitors are always trying to catch up to us.

2. We always tell our customers to shop around before ordering from us so they see how much better our prices are. We strive to minimize costs in every part of our business so we can pass those savings onto our customers. We also make a significant effort to charge customers what they cost rather than spreading expenses onto everyone. If a customer forgets to measure their bathroom before ordering a vanity and needs to return the vanity they ordered, we charge a restocking fee to cover the inspection and repackaging of the vanity. Other stores just tack that expense onto their product expenses and raise prices for everyone by 5%. We also don't believe in charging flat rates aka "Free shipping" for freight shipping. The result is that customers geographically closer end up subsidizing those that are farther away. We strive to make our product costs the fairest in the industry.
